description: The development of the microscopic electron-lattice theory of ferroelectric properties in oxide perovskites and their films. The calculation of the coefficients of the free energy and their dependences on electric and light fields in the electron-lattice theory. The calculation of the transverse electric field effects in metal-insulator-superconductor and metal-ferroelectric-superconductor structures with strong electron-electron correlations. The study of photoinduced effects in quantum paraelectrics (SrTiO3, CaTiO3, KTaO3) under DC electric field. The investigation of fluctuation and transverse electric field effects in MgB2. The study of photoinduced effects in photoferroelectrics in the frames of the electron-lattice theory in perovskite oxides. The calculation of the dependences of correlation lengths on carrier concentration in cuprates on the basis of original Ginzburg-Landau equations. The study of photoinduced effects in superconductors. The study of the dependences of the critical magnetic field Hc2 on electric and light fields in cuprates. The creation of an electron-phonon theory for ferroelectric and superconducting films. The theories may be useful in physics of actuators, sensors, transistors and memory elements.
