The project involves applied research for developing probiotic products (capsules, yoghurt, cheese) on the basis of the original ME-3 lactobacillus developed in Tartu University. The strain of the ME-3 lactobacillus has an effect of inhibiting the reproduction of entero-pathogens. The ME-3 lactobacillus is applicable in both the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. |
